2. The present conditions (hereinafter “Legal Notice”) are intended to regulate the use of THE OWNER’s website that is made available to the public. Accessing and/or use of this website make one a USER, who accepts, through said access and/or use, the general terms of use established herein. The given conditions will be applicable regardless of the general procurement conditions, which are mandatory when applicable.
